Our comfortable village house is truly equipped with all comforts and is located in a quiet urbanization with a communal swimming pool.
The house for 4 people has a garden on the southwest with a covered veranda. A bright living room with corner sofa and dining table with fine chairs. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a large fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher. At the kitchen there is another possibility to start the day outside with a cup of coffee or tea and a view of the artichoke fields.
The washing machine is in a separate room that can be reached through the kitchen door.
A staircase from the living room leads to the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms and the spacious bathroom.
2 spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, both have air conditioning and ceiling fan to provide cooling. The adjoining balcony of the Green Room offers a beautiful view of the surroundings. Here you can end the day with a nice glass of sangria, some delicious olives and at the same time breathe in healthy fresh air.
The bathroom has a spacious shower, sink, hair dryer and a 2nd toilet.
Located on the sunny Costa Blanca in Spain, Ciudad Quesada offers a wide range of activities and attractions for nature lovers and culture lovers alike. You can enjoy beautiful beaches such as Guardamar del Segura and La Mata, which are just a short drive away.
For golfers, there is the famous La Marquesa Golf Course, perfect for a relaxing day on the green. Nature lovers can visit the nearby Natural Park of La Mata and Torrevieja, where you can hike, cycle and admire the unique pink salt lakes. The cozy center of Ciudad Quesada itself is also worth seeing, with a range of restaurants, shops and bars. For a family day out, there are several water parks in the neighboring towns.
