When you step into Villa Margarita, you'll see the living room with TV on the wall and the seating around it, so there's plenty of space to relax and watch your favorite shows after a day at the beach. Easily keep the home front informed via the free WIFI (fiber optic). From there, check out the dining table. Family dinners every day! In addition, the large kitchen with all important appliances and plenty of cupboards. It is ready for you to prepare the family meals whenever you want.
On this floor you will find the first two bedrooms with air conditioning. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has twin beds. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the other has the bathroom in the hallway. The private bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. In the other bathroom you will find a bath/shower combination, sink and toilet.
Take the stairs up and discover the other 3 bedrooms! Also on this floor you have the luxury that all 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has twin beds. Both have a private bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. The last bedroom also has a double bed + an extra trundle bed and air conditioning. The bathroom is located in the hallway with shower, sink and toilet.
You will truly enjoy the outdoors of Villa Margarita. From the private heated swimming pool (which is only heated on request) to the outdoor kitchen and barbecue area.

Please note:
1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this house.
2: To avoid fire hazards, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 10 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
4: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times.
5: The villa is located in a residential area and it should be quiet outside in the evening from 22:00.
6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
Important information:
The pool can be heated on request from April 1st to November 1st. The costs are € 20 per day and start on the day we turn on the pump.
- Check-in : from 17:00. In consultation, an earlier check-in time is possible, but this depends on the planning that day.
- Check-out: until 10:00.
