Villa Estación, the first thing you notice when you walk into this villa is that you feel like you are in a comfortable house, your home, not a rental house. It is a beautiful, relaxing home where you will feel at ease immediately after a day of work or travel.
The house is perfectly set up for entertaining, both indoors and outdoors, or to just have a quiet, relaxing day by the pool (can be heated on request, see conditions below). No worries, the entire backyard is fenced with a privacy fence.
The backyard is the place to relax almost every season. The patio sees sun from sunrise to sunset. There are 8 sun loungers where you can lie in the sun, but you can also relax in the shade under the umbrellas. Spend the day on the terrace or swim in the pool. Enjoy a delicious barbecue evening and then play a game of table tennis!
When you arrive at Villa Estación, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining space. The living room has a large sofa, television with TV Vlaanderen, free wifi, air conditioning and views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Peñon de Ifach. Breakfast with all family members and/or friends at the spacious dining table suitable for 8 people! The well-equipped kitchen is the best place to prepare a delicious meal or grab a quick bite to eat before heading out the door.
This home is perfect for an extended family or a larger group to minimize costs and maximize time together. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, each suitable for 2 people. 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned. The first two bedrooms are adjacent to the living room. With a bathroom in the hallway that is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also an extra guest toilet in the hallway. As soon as you take the stairs down. You come to the other two bedrooms, on this floor you will find a complete bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
In addition, Villa Estación has a washing machine so you don't have to bring heavy suitcases, plenty of parking space on site and an automatic gate that opens with remote control! Are you not planning to come by car? Don't panic! The train station is 2 minutes away. From here there are also buses to the center of Calpe.

Please note:
1: Smoking is NOT allowed in this villa.
2: One well-behaved small dog weighing up to 10 kg is allowed. An additional amount of € 50.00 must be paid upon arrival.
3: To avoid fire hazards, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!
4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
5: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times.
6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
Important information:
The pool can be heated on request from April 1st to November 10th. The costs are € 20 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.
- Check-in : from 17:00. In consultation, an earlier check-in time is possible, but this depends on the planning that day.
- Check-out: until 10:00.
