You have access to a recently renovated very large nice ibiza style villa that is equipped with everything that makes holidays so much fun: 5 comfortable bedrooms divided into no less than 3 apartments in 1 villa and all have their own living room, private bathroom and private kitchen. Around the villa lots of space in the garden which is equipped with sun terraces, Lovely spacious heated swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas and a real outdoor kitchen. And an outdoor bathroom and a veranda with a nice long dining table for 10 people.
App1 is on the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms 1 kitchen living fireplace , bathroom
App 2 medium size, consisting of living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms. Nice front room

You can see from Villa Coco the sun rise and the rock rising from the water pens the ifach with beautiful glow and the sunset in the mountains. You are only 1.5 kilometers from the beach. Of course there is the possibility to park your car on the private property and that is definitely recommended because outside the Villa you can discover almost everything on foot or by scooter; Calp is known for its beautiful old town with small streets, shops and restaurants where you can eat delicious fish, for example. Hospitality is a basic concept in Calp and you will certainly experience what that means.
But that's not all....
Calp also offers you extensive beautiful hiking trails, cycling routes/road biking is really a hype there and super climbing routes. You can climb our local rock ifach. On the beach you can relax, but also fully enjoy the range of water sports. Rent a boat, boat trips, snorkeling, parasailing, it's all possible.
