Step inside and you will find two sofas in the living room, a flat-screen TV with TV Vlaanderen (Belgian channels) and Spanish channels, air conditioning and free WIFI. From this room you also enter the private terrace. Sip a glass of wine on the terrace or enjoy a barbecue. There is a table with six chairs and a lounge set where you can end the summer evenings.
Make coffee and breakfast every morning in the well-equipped kitchen with all appliances such as a hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster, washing machine etc. Adjacent to the kitchen you will find a dining table for 4 people.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. Both rooms have a wardrobe and air conditioning.
There is a family bathroom with a bath/shower combination, toilet and a sink.
This apartment is suitable for couples, tourists and people who need a place to stay for business. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and guarantees peace and relaxation. There is one private parking space.

2: One well-behaved small dog weighing up to 7 kg is allowed. An additional amount of € 50.00 must be paid upon arrival.
3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 4 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
4: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times.
5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
