We immediately fell in love with this second-line corner apartment with the fantastic large terrace (70m2) and versatile views of the sea, beach, the harbor, the Peñon de Ifach and the boulevard! Located between the sea and the salt lake on the tenth floor of Edificio Nautilus 2. This complex of 12 floors and 48 apartments has two lifts. Our floor is shared with only 1 neighbour.
Sunny bright living room with smart TV (NLZiet), wifi and Chrome cast, separate kitchen with adjoining utility room with washing machine. Two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with a double box spring and ensuite bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, bath and hand shower. The other bedroom has two separate single box springs, fitted wardrobes and a private balcony overlooking the salt lake. The living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning (heat and cold). There is also a second separate bathroom with sink, toilet and walk-in shower. From the master bedroom, the living room and the utility room access to the spacious sunny terrace, where, thanks to the canopies, you can stay both in and out of the sun. Parasol, lounge set and two sunbeds with cushions available for a wonderful outdoor life.
The complex also has a garden with swimming pool and children's pool, sunbeds and seating areas where you can relax. Also some playground equipment for the little ones.
In the immediate vicinity there is a lot of parking, free of charge, except in the months of July and August. Optionally, there is a possibility to park in the building with a parking space of approximately 225 by 470 cm. Ask us about the possibilities.
Calpe has a good and relatively cheap bus connection with Alicante Aeropuerto including the company Beniconnect. Renting a car at the airport via Skyscanner or RentalCars is also possible.
A lovely apartment for a nice summer holiday as well as for a sunny winter.
Smoking in the apartment is not allowed.
Parties are forbidden at all times.
A well-behaved small dog up to and including a weight of about 7 kg is allowed. An additional € 65 will be charged for this due to cleaning costs.
Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival and must be replenished by the tenant during the stay.
The plot opposite the complex, on the other side of the street, is under construction, which may be experienced as noise nuisance during the day on working days, although it is difficult to determine. Construction activities will take place between the beginning of 2026 and mid-2027. August is the construction holiday period and construction activities are at a low level, if not at a standstill.
