Once you arrive, you can easily park your car in the complex's largest underground car park, which offers plenty of space and ensures maximum security. From there, you can take a serene walk along the scenic nature trail that will take you to the beautiful beach within 10 minutes, where the soft sand and calming sound of the waves await you.

"Manzanera Paradise" offers not only a fantastic accommodation, but also an excellent location to discover all that Calpe has to offer. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

We adjust our prices based on a variety of factors, including the time of year, visitor demand, and the seasons. We believe in fair pricing that takes into account the unique characteristics and circumstances of each period.

During busy holiday periods or popular events, prices may be higher due to increased demand for accommodation. In quieter seasons or off-peak periods, we may be able to offer lower fares to meet the needs of travelers looking for a more relaxed experience.

We strive to be transparent about our pricing and are always available to answer any questions they may have and help our guests find the perfect accommodation for their needs and budget.

Cancellation policy:

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
