Our cozy, single-storey house has recently been refreshed and furnished with great care to create a homely atmosphere. The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite with the master bedroom. All rooms are equipped with new air conditioners and heating – so you are assured of a pleasant temperature in both summer and winter.
Outdoor living as it should be
As soon as you step into the garden, you immediately feel that this is a place to enjoy. The fully fenced garden offers peace, privacy and security – ideal also for families with children. In the center of the garden is the heated private swimming pool, surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers where you can relax for hours. And whether you're taking an early dip or bathing under the stars in the evening, this pool will make every moment special.
From the naja (covered terrace) you have a beautiful, open view of the sea and the majestic Ifach rock – a rare view that amazes you every day.
Outdoor kitchen & relaxation
For lovers of outdoor cooking, there is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue. The adjoining covered dining area is perfect for dining together, whether you enjoy a sumptuous dinner or a summer lunch. In addition, there is a stylish lounge set, ideal for aperitifs, reading a book or just relaxing.
