The apartment has a very unique location right on the rock Peñon de Ifach. From the living room there is a direct view of the sea but also of the beautiful nature and characteristic mountain. Within a 2-minute walk you will find yourself on the boulevard and beach. The 2 L-shaped terraces ensure that there is sun all day long. The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning system. A closed car park is available with limited spaces. An ultimate place for cyclists, climbers, tennis and paddlers! We would like to welcome you to our lovely apartment.

My name is Leonie and a few years ago I fell in love with the town of Calpe in Spain. I really enjoy sports and given the nice weather I can really enjoy myself here. I love playing tennis, padel, hiking and then relaxing on a terrace after exercising. Come and experience it sometime!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
