You will see that the open plan kitchen, living and dining area are seamlessly connected to the outside and have sumptuous views. The living room can accommodate all guests and offers an intimate and relaxed setting. The calming atmosphere extends to the modern kitchen and dining room where ease of living and comfort reign. You will find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen, including all appliances.
This house offers (fiber optic) WIRELESS INTERNET and a smart TV. The living room can be heated in the winter months with the air conditioning and in the summer months you can cool the room.
To make the most of your breathtaking location, head outside where a private atmosphere awaits. While the children swim in the large pool, you can relax in one of the seating or lying corners in the garden. When it's time for dinner, the outdoor entertaining area offers ample seating and a barbecue, and as the evening progresses, the outdoor lounge is a comfortable option. On request it is possible to heat the pool!
Guests have a choice of 5 bedrooms at the end of their magical holiday. The first bedroom is on the ground floor. This room has two single beds and a wardrobe and air conditioning. In the hallway you will immediately find the first bathroom. Here you can take a refreshing shower in the walk-in shower. The stairs take you upstairs where you immediately enter a room that is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. The other three bedrooms are adjacent to this. Two bedrooms have a double bed, a wardrobe and air conditioning, these rooms also have access to the balcony. The other bedroom is a children's room. There are two smaller single beds here. The bathroom on this floor has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
The fifth bedroom can be found in the garden, adjacent to the house. This bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.
On the property you have enough space to park your car, the garden is completely fenced and there is a washing machine to keep your luggage light. So come and relax by the private pool or spend your days exploring the beaches, mountains, and picturesque villages of the Costa Blanca!

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this property.
2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
3: The property is located in a residential area. Parties and noise after 22:00 is prohibited.
4: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
5: The pool can be heated on request from 1 April to 1 November. The costs are € 20 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.
- Check-in : from 17:00. In consultation, an earlier check-in time is possible, but this depends on the planning that day.
