- Sleeping accommodation: The apartment is ideal for up to four people (maximum 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children from 6 to 16 years), with a new double bed with a quality box spring mattress. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
- Climate control: Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with air conditioning, easy to operate with a remote control.

- Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with freezer, a combination microwave and an induction hob. Additional conveniences such as an electric kettle, toaster and a coffee machine are also available.
