Located just a minute's walk from the nearest restaurants, so you can easily enjoy the local cuisine. A short 10-minute walk will take you to the beautiful sea and lively promenade of Calpe, where you can enjoy the beach, shops and lively atmosphere.
The highlight of Casa Daniela is undoubtedly the outdoor space. Relax and unwind in the private swimming pool of no less than 13 x 3.5 meters. Around the pool there are sun loungers where you can enjoy the Spanish sun. For outdoor dining and entertaining, there is a gas barbecue, dining table and covered kitchen so you can enjoy your meals outside. In addition, there is a guest toilet conveniently located outside.
Upstairs, the living room is designed with both relaxation and conviviality. Step onto the covered terrace, equipped with a dining table, where you can enjoy a delicious meal with a view. Inside, the open-plan living area features two comfortable sofas, a TV, air conditioning and another dining table, creating an inviting space to gather. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need including a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle and coffee maker.
The upper level also includes two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning and a wardrobe, allowing you to relax. The second bedroom is cosily furnished with a small double bed and a wardrobe. On this floor there is a modern bathroom with a shower, two sinks and a toilet.
For added privacy, the downstairs studio is a fantastic feature. This self-contained space features a living area with a sofa, dining table, TV and air conditioning. It houses two additional bedrooms with air conditioning: one with a double bed and wardrobe space, and the other with two single beds, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this property.
2: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
3: The property is located in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise after 10:00 p.m. are prohibited.
4. You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
Pool heating: The pool can be heated on request from 1 April to 1 November. The costs are € 25 per day and start on the day we switch on the pump
- Check-in : from 17:00. In consultation, an earlier check-in time is possible, but this depends on the planning that day.
