Due to the differences in level to the swimming pool, the villa is not really suitable for those who have difficulty walking, small children and pets due to climbing stairs.

We are Rene and Maddy, after 10 years of successfully running our B&B in France, it was time to spread our wings and we settled in Spain, on the Costa Blanca in Moraira. Where we found a beautiful villa with an incredibly beautiful panoramic view and of course full sea views. Completely renovated and fully adapted to today's times with beautiful French doors in the room, kitchen and bedroom, all opening onto the magnificent terrace.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Additional costs 25.00 p.p Linen package including towels for a period of max 2 weeks 
If the stay is longer, a textile change must take place in between
Tenants are always free  to bring and use their own textiles.
Final cleaning 185.00
Energy costs 200kwh per week included. Additional consumption at 0.40  per kwh 
Gas for cooking and bbq is included as well as water
Deposit from 750.00  depends on the number of people and duration of stay
The deposit will be refunded  to you within 10 working days via bank minus any additional consumption of electricity and unexpected damage and loss.
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • Cancellation policy
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Thursday market in Xabia in the atmospheric historic center is an experience in itself, as is the Mercat Municipal where bar Mercat is located for the most delicious tapas, wander through the atmospheric streets and squares
of course Javea with its great boulevard full of restaurants and nice bars is not to be missed, but also just outside Javea there are great restaurants such as Flo and El Campo, Bacchus, Dos Toros and the popular LuLu
Friday market in Moraira, you are sure to find something special at this popular market
Moraira is an old Spanish fishing village and has now grown into a fashionable seaside resort and one of the most sought-after holiday destinations on the Costa Blanca and less than 5 minutes from Le Savoir Vivre and the beautiful beach of El Portet.
the route to Calpe is one of the most beautiful routes along the sea, rocks and dozens of beautiful bays, for example Benissa playa with restaurant beach bar Mandela and El Rall
Nature and walking routes, in the immediate vicinity there are beautiful views and in the valley there are dozens of different routes from a relaxed morning walk to a challenging survival trip.
A day in Alicante definitely includes so much beauty, for example the beautiful old town with cobbled streets, historic buildings, attractive squares, the medieval Barbara Castle, museums, etc., etc., an experience in itself.
On a day of bad weather, almost unimaginable, La Marina is a beautiful shopping center near Ondara, a nice way to spend your time shopping.
You can also enjoy the spacious swimming pool with sea view in our large garden or on the terrace with a snack and a drink
