The property is accessible from the street via stairs. The car can be parked on the street. The communal swimming pool is a 1-minute walk away.
If you arrive between 21.00 - 24.00 there is a surcharge of €30. If you arrive after 24.00 there is a surcharge of €50. Arrival on Christmas Day €50 + any late arrival.
Arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week, but we do ask that your stay is as close as possible to a previous reservation or to leave a minimum of 7 nights in between.

Tourist system registration Spain
Legally, all travelers must be registered in the registration system in Spain within 24 hours of arrival at the holiday home. We are obliged to carry out this registration and to ask for personal data for this purpose. You will receive a link/message from SESADMIN to pass on your data, this way you do not have to provide us with any personal information, but everything will be directly entered into the system at the government. If you refuse to provide this information and have not provided it before arrival, we will deny you access to the holiday home without any form of refund
