Because the area is a protected nature reserve, you will not find high-rise buildings here and apartments and houses are built in a harmonious color and style.

Beaches
The famous pebble beach and sea caves of Playa and Cala Moraig are just a seven minute drive away. If you prefer sandy beaches, it is only a fifteen minute drive to cozy Moraira with its lively Playa de l'Ampolla and Playa del Portet.
If you want more privacy, you can take a brisk walk from the apartment to the small bay of Cala Llebeig, which can only be reached on foot or by water.

Environment
Not far from the apartment is Moraira with its traditional Spanish alleys. It is a beautiful village overlooking the sea, the fishing harbor and the slope of the rugged coastline. It is wonderful to relax in the shops, terraces, restaurants, on the boulevard and for local, fresh products you can visit the market on Friday morning. You can also visit, for example, Javea, Denia, Calpe, or the beautiful city of Valencia with extensive cultural offerings (about 1 hour's drive).

Activities
Within a radius of 40 km, almost everything is possible in terms of nature and sports activities. There are walking routes in the surrounding extensive nature reserves and mountain ranges. There are also many water sports facilities and you can go cycling, karting, golf, diving, cave visits, wine tasting at the farm, paintball, rent a boat in the marina and much more. In the area there is plenty to do for children, such as the evening fair in Moraira in high season and the beautiful amusement parks such as Terra Natura, Terra Mitica and Aqualandia.

The apartment
The ground floor apartment of over 85m2 is fully equipped. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. In the kitchen you will find a fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine. The spacious living room has a dining table with four chairs, a large sofa and a TV. From the sliding doors you go to the terrace of 20 m2 where you can eat, sunbathe or relax with a fantastic view. In the bathroom you will find a shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.
Of course there is free wifi.
During the hot summers, the air conditioning is a huge plus. The air conditioning can cool in the summer and heat in the winter. In addition, there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms for the summer and electric heaters for the winter, so that you can stay cozy and comfortable all year round.

Range
Pueblo Montecala in Cumbre del Sol can be reached by car. If you do not come with your own car, it is best to rent a car at the airport where you arrive, in Alicante or in Valencia. You can fly cheaply from all Dutch and Belgian airports to Alicante or Valencia.
There is a wide choice of car rental companies at both airports. From both airports, you can reach Pueblo Montecala in just over an hour. The apartment is located on a very quiet road with ample parking space.
The front door can be reached via a wide staircase with only 4 steps, and the distance from the parking lot to the front door is only 10 to 15 meters. The entrance to the pool is 180 meters from the apartment and is at the same height.
