Casa Lavanda with private pool is located in a quiet residential area on the Cumbre del Sol in Benitachell. A nice villa with lots of indoor and outdoor space. A beautiful (pebble) beach is 10 minutes away, this is the beach Cala del Moraig. This bay is sheltered between immense rock formations and is the ideal place for snorkeling. There are a few restaurants in Benitachell and on the Cumbre del Sol. The fashionable seaside resort of Moraira is a 15-minute drive from Casa Lavanda.
Inside Casa Lavanda
You reach the entrance of this comfortable holiday home via steps. The spacious living room has comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV, where you can only stream from your phone or tablet. The adjoining naya offers seating and beautiful sea views thanks to large windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and fridge freezer, and has access to the naya with sea and pool views. Casa Lavanda has 3 bedrooms accessible through the hall. Two of them have a double bed and built-in wardrobe, while the third has a French bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans. Both bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet.
The outdoors of Casa Lavanda
From the naya you can easily reach the small terrace upstairs and via the stairs down you reach the lovely private swimming pool (6x3m, depth 1.20 - 2 m). Casa Lavanda is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with a 2-person lounge bed. Around the spacious private pool are four comfortable sunbeds - perfect for a relaxing day at the pool after a day at the beach or exploring the area. And if you fancy a delicious meal, take advantage of the griddle for a delicious meal, which you eat at the dining table overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent
bookings and otherwise there must be at least 7 nights between bookings.

Winter rental
Casa Lavanda is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 84 per week and are included in the rental price. If you use more than 1 gas bottle per week, you will pay the additional consumption on site in cash at € 11.00 per day. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels mandatory.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
