Casa Kokomo is a large detached authentic Spanish villa of 270m2, spread over two floors and suitable for 8 people. In the large garden of 800m2 there are citrus trees, a heated swimming pool and jacuzzi with a view of the sea. From the upper nayas (covered terraces) there are panoramic views from Peñon d'Ifach across the valley all the way to the Montgó Mountains. There are few villas with such a fantastic view!
Casa Kokomo is ideal to go with family or friends. All bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower and toilet. Last year, both the outside and a large part of the inside were painted, the garden was refurbished and all technical facilities checked and repaired. Of course there are new luxury beds (box springs) and comfortable furniture everywhere. In the coming years we will modernize the villa while retaining the Spanish characteristics. Garden
Our garden is 800m2 in size and has enough space to park 1 or 2 cars on site. There is also an outdoor kitchen where you can make your own paella or grill meat. In the closed part of the garden there is a heated swimming pool and a jacuzzi with fantastic views. Of course there are seats everywhere, both in the shade and in the sun. Feel free to pick our citrus fruit from the garden.
General
Casa Kokomo is close to all facilities of Moraira and Benitachell. The Mercadona supermarket is just over a kilometer away for your daily shopping. The road to our house is steep, so we recommend that you rent a car if you come by plane. You can fly to Alicante or Valencia. It is 2000 kilometers from our house in Almere by car. Feel free to ask about nice accommodation options along the way.
