We would like to welcome you to Casa Esperanza. The name speaks for itself: Casa Esperanza in Pueblo de la Luz – House of Hope in the Village of Light.

We have tried to create an oasis of peace so that we can offer our guests a nice place where you can experience unforgettable moments. Such as the light summer breeze on the sunny terrace, a lovely dip in the pool and of course the breathtaking sea view.

From the house you can take beautiful walks along the cliffs of the Cumbre del Sol towards the beautiful beach Cala del Moraig. Within walking distance is a great restaurant (Restaurant Cumbre) where you can enjoy the culinary cuisine of Spain. Supermarket Pepe la Sal and a pharmacy are also within walking distance.

The popular towns of Moraira and Javea are a 10-minute drive away.

Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature, beaches and the wonderful weather on the Costa Blanca.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
