Living with a view

The penthouse has a spacious and bright living room of approximately 40m2, attractively furnished with comfortable sofas, a large dining table, television, fireplace and plenty of cupboard space. Through two large sliding doors you walk directly to the spacious private terrace of over 25 m2, where peace, privacy and the spectacular view are central. Enjoy a breathtaking sunrise in the morning, have a view of Ibiza and Formentera.

The partly covered terrace is a wonderful place to stay. Enjoy the lounge set, the dining table and the sunbeds provided while overlooking the sea and the green surroundings of Cumbre del Sol.

Comfortable bedrooms

The penthouse has two spacious bedrooms with excellent beds. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed (180x200) while the second bedroom has two single beds (90x200). Both rooms have sufficient closet space and provide a wonderful night's sleep thanks to the tranquility and the healthy sea air. The living room and master bedroom are equipped with modern air conditioning.

Modern kitchen and two bathrooms

The fully equipped kitchen is fully equipped, including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, kettle, Nespresso and milk frother. In addition, there is plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils available for extensive cooking. Of course there is also a bbq available. Both bathrooms have a stylish bathroom cabinet, illuminated mirror, bath, luxury taps, toilet and hair dryer.

In addition, there are various practical facilities, such as a washing machine, ironing board, iron, drying rack, vacuum cleaner and extra storage space for beach equipment. 

Private free parking in front of the penthouse

The apartment has two communal outdoor swimming pools with terrace, outdoor shower and an infinity pool. Here you can relax while enjoying panoramic views over the Mediterranean Sea. Both pools are located just a minute's walk from the penthouse.
