Villa Xanna is a great holiday home located on Benissa Costa and a short distance from both Calpe and Moraira. At the bottom of the road is an Aldi supermarket and a 5-minute drive away is another large supermarket.
The property has beautiful sea views and a good location on the sun.
You enter the house on the 1st floor where there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A staircase leads down to the attractively furnished living room with open kitchen and 3 sliding doors to the terrace with infinity pool and a fantastic sea view. Also located here is the master bedroom with bathroom en suite. Wake up with a view of the sea! Who wouldn't want this?
The living room is attractively furnished and has air conditioning hot/cold, wifi, ceiling fan, large TV with German satellite channels. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine and a large fridge / freezer.
The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a large double bed, a TV, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. Through the sliding doors you can walk straight onto the pool terrace and you have a beautiful view of the sea from bed.
Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a spacious double bed, air conditioning hot/cold and a bathroom en suite. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, air conditioning hot/cold and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 is furnished as a children's room. There is a nice bed with a trundle bed. 2 children or 1 adult can sleep here. The room has a ceiling fan and has air conditioning hot/cold. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bathroom.
All bathrooms are modern and equipped with a sink, walk-in shower and toilet.
Outside it is wonderful to relax and there is a beautiful view of the sea. The spacious swimming pool is heated by solar energy. With enough sun, you can often enjoy swimming in spring and autumn. There are plenty of sunbeds by the pool and there are two dining tables with chairs above which large shade cloths hang. There is a beautiful outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue where you can prepare a meal together.
Villa Xanna is a wonderful holiday home where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday. This house is also suitable for a comfortable stay in the colder months. Due to the good location, there is a lot of sun in the house and with the heating via the air conditioning and the special heating plates, the room heats very well.
The house is not rented to groups of young people and pets are not allowed.
Despite the fact that the house is suitable for 8 people, we recommend a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children.

Legally, all travelers must be registered in the registration system in Spain within 24 hours of arrival at the holiday home. We are obliged to carry out this registration and to ask for personal data for this purpose. You will receive a link/message from SESADMIN to pass on your data, this way you do not have to provide us with any personal information, but everything will be directly entered into the system at the government. If you refuse to provide this information and have not provided it before arrival, we will deny you access to the holiday home without any form of refund
