Wonderful sunny and quiet location with very nice views of the Peñón de Ifach in Calpe. Brand new, the house is equipped with solar panels to supply it with sustainable energy.
The Montemar urbanization is located near the coastal road from Moraira to Calpe. Stroll through the weekly markets in Moraira or Calpe or enjoy a tapaz with a nice glass of wine in the small bay of El Portet. Calpe offers you fantastically large sandy beaches, ideal for families with children. Enjoy the fantastic view from the Peñón de Ifach via Calpe to Benidorm on a hiking tour. The many restaurants along the coast offer something for every taste.
The house consists of two floors, with the main apartment being on the 1st floor.
Living room
Very bright room with windows facing east, south and west. Equipped with 2 armchairs and a 3-seater couch. 60 inch TV with satellite TV and Internet TV, streaming with your own stick possible. Internet connection provides 300Mb. For the winter, there is a climate-neutral pellet stove, which will be newly installed in autumn 2023. It creates a very cozy atmosphere. In the warm days, the air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures
Bedroom 1
Here is a double bed with a size of 200cm x 160cm. The room has a window facing west and has air conditioning. In addition, the room has its own toilet (guest toilet)
Bedroom 2
There are two single beds measuring 200cm x 90cm, which can also be pushed together to form a double bed. In addition, there is a desk, an office chair and a 24 inch monitor in this room to use the possibilities of a home office. The room has a window facing east and is also air-conditioned.
Bathroom 1
The bathroom has a vanity, 1 shower and a toilet. The washbasin including base cabinet and mirror cabinet were modernised in 2025.
Living, dining area and open kitchen
This area is open plan and has a large table for 6 people. The kitchen has a counter where you can enjoy a cup of coffee fresh from the existing new fully automatic coffee machine with a wonderful view to the south. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, food processor, etc.
From the kitchen-living room you can access the upper covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen. The existing large charcoal grill invites you to a cozy barbecue. A large table with 6 chairs is available, as well as comfortable lounge furniture. A gas grill is now also available.
Ground floor
Here is another bedroom with a double bed measuring 200cm x 160cm. There is also a shower with toilet.
Cot
There is a new cot available, with mattress, blanket, pillow and duvet covers. This can be optionally booked when booking.
