The Montemar urbanization is located near the coastal road from Moraira to Calpe. Stroll through the weekly markets in Moraira or Calpe or enjoy a tapas with a nice glass of wine in the small bay of El Portet. Calpe offers fantastically large sandy beaches, ideal for families with children. Enjoy the fantastic view from the Peñón de Ifach over Calpe to Benidorm on a hiking tour. The many restaurants along the coast offer something for every taste.
The house consists of two floors, with the main apartment on the first floor.
Living room
Very bright room with windows facing east, south and west. Equipped with 2 armchairs and a 3-seater couch. 60-inch TV with satellite TV and Internet TV, streaming with your own stick possible. Internet connection offers 1000Mb. For the winter there is a climate-neutral pellet stove, newly installed in autumn 2023. It creates a very cozy atmosphere. On warm days the air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures
Bedroom 1
There is a double bed measuring 200cm x 160cm. The room has a window facing west and has air conditioning. The room also has its own toilet (guest toilet)
Bedroom 2
There are two single beds measuring 200cm x 90cm, which can also be pushed together to form a double bed. This room also has a desk, an office chair and a 24-inch monitor to make use of the possibilities of a home office. The room has a window facing east and is also air-conditioned.
Bathroom 1
The bathroom has a washbasin, a shower and a toilet and can be kept warm on cold days using the existing flat radiator.
Living-dining area and open kitchen
This area is open plan and has a large table for 6 people. The kitchen has a counter where you can enjoy a cup of coffee freshly made from the new fully automatic coffee machine while enjoying the wonderful view to the south. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, food processor, etc.
From the kitchen-living room you can access the upper covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen. The large charcoal grill is perfect for a cozy barbecue. There is a large table with 6 chairs as well as comfortable lounge furniture. A brand new gas grill is also available.
Ground floor
There is another bedroom with a double bed measuring 200cm x 160cm. There is also a shower with toilet and a washing machine.
Children's bed
A new children's bed with mattress, blanket, pillow and bed linen is available. This can be booked as an option when booking.
