Villa l'Oca is a beautiful detached villa located in Benissa-Costa and is ideal if you want to enjoy the Mediterranean climate and life on the coast in a quiet and pleasant environment. Our holiday home is very quietly located in the Montemar area and a stone's throw from the exclusive resort of Moraira on the Costa Blanca and from the most beautiful calas (coves) and beaches in Spain.

Villa l'Oca is an authentic gem. Completely renovated to create a familiar atmosphere that is modern, up-to-date and with all the comforts.

The villa has two bedrooms, furnished in traditional style and has air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and TV. The bathroom has been completely renovated, with sink, toilet, shower, washing machine.​ The spacious living room with glazed naya provides plenty of natural light throughout the room. The bohemian style living room makes it the perfect place to relax and unwind with an incredible view of the mountains and the pool. Free WIFI and TV available. There is a separate dining room with a fireplace, very convenient and cozy in winter. The kitchen has been completely renovated and equipped with modern appliances (refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, ...).

The villa is completely surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, which guarantees the necessary privacy and tranquility. It has a covered outdoor terrace equipped with table and chairs where you can have breakfast. The beautiful private swimming pool with a very spacious terrace and rest area will be your favorite place during the summer months. Next to the pool is a separate room with toilet and shower.

The villa is located near several beaches (sand and/or pebble) where you can swim and snorkel. For a large wide sandy beach you can go to Calpe or Moraira, both just a few minutes' drive away. In the many bays, you can enjoy delicious food and drinks.

There is plenty to do for sports enthusiasts. In the immediate vicinity there are facilities for playing tennis, horseback riding or golf. Club De Golf Ifach is just 3 km away. The region is also very popular with cyclists, hikers and other nature lovers. Of course there is also plenty to do for water sports enthusiasts ... diving, sailing, kiting, paddle and surfing.
