Villa La Risa in Moraira on the Costa Blanca
This large detached villa with slide (!) in the spacious private pool and with spectacular sea views is located in the beautiful seaside resort of Moraira. Villa La Risa is owned by Dutch owners and is a nice holiday villa for a large group. With 10 people you certainly don't get in each other's way here. With various places to sit quietly or lounge, you can completely unwind . Enjoy a day of sun, sea and sand in Moraira (4 km) or visit the larger town of Calpe (8 km).
Inside Villa La Risa
Ground floor
This attractive villa is suitable for 10 people. On the ground floor you will find a living/bedroom with a double bed, TV, sitting area and refrigerator. Bathroom 1 has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet. The ground floor can be reached via an external staircase.
Upper floor
On the upper floor you will find the kitchen, two bedrooms, living room and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, hob and kettle. The cozy living room has a sitting area, fireplace, coffee table and TV. The dining room offers an enchanting sea view.
Bedroom 1, 2 and 3 have a double bed. Bedroom 4 has a single bed and a bunk bed. Bathroom 2 has a shower, sink and toilet. There is also air conditioning, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and Wi-Fi in this villa. In Villa La Risa a cot with thick mattress, high chair and playpen is available.
The outdoors of Villa La Risa
Villa La Risa has an enclosed garden and thus provides plenty of privacy. From the balcony you can enjoy the phenomenal view while relaxing on the lounge set. Sunbathe on a lounger or take a dip in the private swimming pool , which is also equipped with a slide. Further down the garden is the partly covered terrace with barbecue. Here you can cook on the warm summer evenings.
