For rent apartment for up to 4 people consisting of a total of 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom with shower, lounge with two 3-person sofas, TV with chromecast connection, simple kitchen, large garden with lawn, a large covered terrace with table and chairs, plenty of parking space on the enclosed grounds, swimming pool 9x4 meters with sunbeds and umbrellas and with beautiful views over the woods and the sea.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, no view from the neighbors, no traffic and / or exhaust fumes, located on the woods. Magnificent views of the sea from the pool.

The apartment has mountain views; the swimming pool on the sea. The rooms have double beds, ceiling fans (there is no a/c, not really necessary), mosquito nets and shutters.

There is also fast wireless Wi-Fi everywhere (fiber optic so lightning fast) and there is a flat-screen TV in the salon. With the handy app from nlziet, all Dutch channels can be viewed. Subscription is free.

There is a simple but complete kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and kettle. Next to the kitchen is a large covered terrace directly on the garden with lawn. Adjacent to the pool is a large terrace also with a view over the woods and sea.

Pets (small dogs only) allowed after consultation.

The coast is 1.5 km away, with many restaurants and nightlife.

The heating is by means of a gas heater and an all-burner. The price includes one full butane bottle every 2 weeks (bottle lasts an average of 2 wks with evening use). A new bottle must be purchased yourself. Wood for the stove must be purchased by the guest. Points of sale for good firewood are a 10-minute drive away. There is also an electric blanket.

The CHANGEOVER DAY is variable and does not necessarily fall on Saturday.
