A fantastic Spanish renovated house. The perfect place for a family vacation or a dream getaway with friends. The property is distributed over two floors, accessible via an internal staircase.
After a long day exploring the Costa Blanca, you can come home to relax in the amazing distinctive backyard with kitchen and barbecue, private saltwater pool (10x5) and outdoor shower. You even have the option to have the pool heated (see conditions below).
On the top floor you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and kitchen. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen of modern design with ample seating, a smart TV and free WiFi (fiber optic) are a wonderful place to enjoy your holiday. For our culinary guests, the modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, fridge & freezer and a breakfast bar.
Both bedrooms are cosily furnished and once equipped with 1 double bed and in the other bedroom 2 single beds, air conditioning for cooling and heating and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is located in the hallway and is equipped with a rain shower, toilet and sink.
When you take the stairs down you enter the third bedroom. Both bedrooms on this floor are comfortably furnished with a double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe. This bathroom is also located in the hallway and is equipped with a rain shower, toilet and sink.
And then you will find a kitchen with plenty of counter space and built-in appliances where you can prepare the most delicious meals!
To top it all off, the villa has a washer/dryer, outdoor toilet, parking and central heating throughout the house. In addition, the villa is environmentally friendly and is powered by regenerative energy via solar panels, dual heat pumps and has a water filtration system for a sustainable stay. 1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this property.
2: To avoid fire hazards, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation.
3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.
4: Parties are strictly forbidden at all times.
5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided on arrival, but you will need to replenish them yourself.
Heated swimming pool:
The saltwater pool can be heated on request from April 1st to November 10th. The costs are € 20 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.
