This stylish holiday home with private pool on the Costa Blanca, where Mediterranean charm meets modern simplicity.
Inside, you will find a bright, open living space with wood accents, which perfectly matches the Spanish charm. There is a living room with comfortable sitting area, cozy dining area and a cozy dining area, ideal for relaxing together.
The modern kitchen is sleekly finished and fully equipped such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, combination microwave, Nespresso coffee maker and a 4-burner hob. The dining room invites you to have an extensive breakfast or a delicious dinner. Large windows bring in the outside light and create a sense of peace and space.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with their own adjoining bathroom. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and two adjoining bathrooms.
The first bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00) and a lovely balcony. Bedroom 2 and 3 have a double bed (1.80 x 2.00). Bedroom 4 has two single beds (90x2.00). All four bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink.
All bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows.
The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an ironing board and iron.
Outside at Villa Costa Palma
Enjoy the wonderful outdoors at Villa Costa Palma, surrounded by palm trees in a beautifully landscaped, fully fenced garden. Centrally located is the private swimming pool, surrounded by four sunbeds and a refreshing outdoor shower.
Under the atmospheric Naja you can spend long summer evenings with a cozy dinner, prepared on the barbecue. Or enjoy the quiet on the spaciousroof terrace with sea and valley views, a nice place to enjoy the view until late in the evening. Everywhere around the villa you will find nice seating areas to relax, read a book or just enjoy the peace and quiet.
Parking is available on site, with space for one car or in the quiet street directly at the house.
Tip nearby: less than 3 km away is a beautiful golf course!

- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday. In the other months we have flexible arrival and departure days.
- We have a minimum stay of 7 days.
- We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

– Surcharge on arrival between 21.00 - 00.00 € 50,- , after 00.00 € 100 (to be paid in cash on arrival)
– Surcharge arrival on Christmas Day or New Year's Day: € 50 (to be paid in cash on arrival)
Winter rental
Villa Costa Palma is suitable for a stay in winter. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The winter rate from 4 weeks is in consultation. For the latest rates and availability, please feel free to contact us.
In addition to the costs to be settled separately, to be paid on the spot:
- Gas in the winter months (November 1 to March 31) € 3.50 m3. Is calculated using a gas meter
For information regarding the regulations in the Valencia/Costa Blanca region:
A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
