Villa Bertill

The house:
The villa is detached with private parking, a large garden (1500 m2) and private swimming pool. It has 3+1 (tower) bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (3 WCs).

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (the master) is located at the front of the villa and has views of the terrace and pool. In the morning, you can watch the sun rise over the sea from your bed. The room has a spacious double bed (can also be used as 2 single beds) and there is 1 large wardrobe and 1 chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2 is located at the rear of the house and has 1 double bed with drawers under the bed and a possibility to hang clothes (so no closed closet).
Bedroom 3 (smallest) is also located at the rear of the house and has a single bed (also as 2 single beds to use to pull out) with a closet.
Room 4: is accessible via a staircase (outside) and has 1 double bed with a storage rack. The view is beautiful over the sea and the valley. Very romantic. From this room you have access to a private balcony with also beautiful views. It must be taken into account that this room does NOT have a wet room.

Bathrooms:
2 bathrooms with a sink, mirror, shower and a toilet.
Between the two bathrooms there is a separate toilet.

Kitchen:
This is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, gas stove (gas bottle outside in separate room according to the regulations), large refrigerator, freezer and a Senseo coffee machine. There is also a filter coffee machine

Living room:
The living room has a 3-seater sofa, a chaise longue in the extension of the living room and 2 separate armchairs. There is a smart television, a fireplace and wifi.

Dining room
Located between bedroom and sitting room with a table that can be extended for up to 6 people

Terrace:
From the dining room you enter outside under the covered terrace with lighting, dining table. From this terrace you have a view of the pool and of course the sea.

Swimming pool:
The pool has a size of 8x4 meters and is easily accessible through roman stairs and there is lighting in it. It is surrounded by a large terrace with sunbeds. In the corner of the terrace an Ibiza style lounge area with 2 (brick) benches.

Garden:
The garden is behind the villa with pine and olive trees. Furthermore, the plot is fully fenced with lots of privacy. The villa is located on a cul-de-sac and there is enough space for a few cars on the path. In the garage is the washing machine and the mobile BBQ (to be placed on a covered terrace next to the table)

Water:
The house is equipped with a water softener for soft and lime-free water

Sea and beach:
The villa is within walking distance (300 m) from the beach 'Fustera' (with beach bar & restaurant) and in the other direction (400m) to Club Nautico, a beach with a small harbor and many water sports opportunities (including catamaran, surfing, diving, etc.).

Facilities:
A small supermarket is a 5-minute walk away where fresh bread and delicious croissants are available every day. In this 'Supermercado La Fustera' you can get everything, even Dutch products.
For large groceries there are several supermarkets in Calpe, such as Consum, Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi, etc., approx. 7 min. of our house.
Our casa is located in the municipality of Benissa, a town that is 10 km inland and we are located in Benissa Costa.

Guests can also go horse riding, tennis, karting, golf and fishing in the area.

Environment:
Villa is located between Calpe (5km) and Moraira (15km) and also not far from the picturesque Altea (with old village center).
Calpe now has many high-rise buildings and is known for the typical rock Penon de Ifach which is also climbable for sports enthusiasts and is the symbol of the Costa Blanca.
Moraira is a 15-minute drive away and this is a fashionable seaside resort without high-rise buildings and no mass tourism with a beautiful marina.
Javea is located a bay north of Moraira and has a large sandy beach with plenty of entertainment for young and old.
Altea is an old coastal town that is definitely worth a visit because of the old village center with shops and restaurants.
Benidorm is of course well known, with many high-rise buildings and busy beaches.
Alicante is a lovely coastal city and a beautiful "Paseo" along the harbour.

Tourism of the Costa Blanca is concentrated along the coast. Just inland you will come across the real Spain, where you hardly encounter tourists and can find cheap restaurants. In the hinterland you will find beautiful mountain ranges and nature reserves.
