The June Boutique Villa has been renovated by a young Dutch couple. From 2023, The June will transfer to a Dutch family with four daughters. Each family member fills The June with personal love using their individual specialty. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If for any reason the tenant cannot or will not accept the boutique villa on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately. A notification of this by telephone must always be followed by a written confirmation (via e-mail) to the landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will owe 30% of the rental price; In case of cancellation up to 3 weeks before the start date, this is 50%, and after that period, until the start date of the rental period, cancellation is no longer possible. 

Prices are based on a maximum number of people of 10 guests. Electricity costs are included up to an amount of 25 euros/day with a maximum stay of 4 weeks. There is an additional cost of 25 euros per day for heating the pool.
