Stunning 2-bedroom sea view apartment on the beautiful apartment/hotel complex in hills near La Fustera cove between Moraira and Calpe.
The Complex: Security, modern technology and easy access to all areas via stairs and lifts feature highly here, along with such facilities as a Reception area, a shaded poolside dining area with pool bar (seasonal) serving drinks and snacks, secure, allocated underground parking and an on-site Spa building containing a gymnasium, heated indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi (age restrictions apply).
The large outdoor lagoon style swimming pool is a special feature and there is also a separate pool for the little children. The vegetation is lush and green.
No cars are allowed on the complex itself and it is maintained to a very high clean and tidy standard.
There is a resident Manager available 24/7 should any problems arise.
Our Apartment: The 2nd floor (penthouse) apartment sits atop the highest point in the complex with sweeping views across beautifully landscaped pools, down to the sea with views to Rock Ifach at Calpe and gentle green hillsides behind. It is fully equipped for 6 people (with use of sofa bed) and the large living space is complemented by an elegant yet business like kitchen, luxury shower room with twin basins and double sized shower, and a very large terrace which serves as an extra, outdoor room and is furnished with additional dining table and chairs plus recliners. The terrace benefits from two large awnings to protect you from the mid-day sun, which are independently operated by a remote control unit. The apartment is fully airconditioned by units that serve as heaters during the cooler months.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully equipped (if you want to cook on holiday!). There is a small separate utility room containing a washing machine/drier.
Internet T.V. (with Netflix) in the lounge through which you can get free to view channels in many different languages through the Internet TV system provided. There is also a DVD player and DVD's provided.
The two bedrooms are of comfortable and almost equal size, and both provide lots of hanging space in large mirrored wardrobes with high specification fittings. The Master Bedroom with king size bed opens onto the Terrace. Bedroom 2 can be made up as twin beds or a double.
The apartment is smartly furnished, but comfort is our priority - after all, you are on holiday!
The Area: The safe and sandy cove of La Fustera is 900 metres away and a medium-sized supermarket is just 700 metres away. Just 10 - 15 minutes drive from La Fustera is Moraira in one direction along the coastal road and Calpe in the other - both with wonderful sandy beaches. There are a few restaurants/ beach bars in La Fustera and, of course, many to choose from in the larger towns of Moraira or Calpe, along with large supermarkets.
From Moraira another 15 minute drive would take you to the larger resort of Javea or 20 minutes would take you into the Jalon Valley with its spectacular mountain scenery and Bodegas for tasting the local wine.
There is a water sports centre about 5 minutes drive from La Fustera towards Calpe where the brave can try their hand at scuba diving amongst other things.
A car is recommended to get the best from your holiday.
