With the sea only 800 meters away , you can walk straight from your quiet green surroundings towards the coast, a rare luxury that immediately makes your stay special. Here, it's not about planning, but about living in the moment: long evenings outside, eating together under the stars and the sun slowly sinking into the sea while everything settles down.
The private swimming pool is the heart of the outdoors and can be locked, which makes the villa extra child-friendly , ideal for carefree enjoyment with the whole family.
Layout & comfort
The villa is fully furnished in a stylish Ibiza-style atmosphere, where light, tranquility and natural materials come together to create a relaxing whole.
On the ground floor, the spacious kitchen is the heart of the house. Here you will find a long dining table and a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, fridge, freezer and espresso machine. Adjacent is the cozy living room with comfortable sitting area, television and fireplace. Thanks to the direct connection to the outdoor lounge, the inside and outside merge effortlessly.
The villa features five spacious double bedrooms, all with air conditioning (can also be used for heating) and a private bathroom, ensuring optimal privacy and comfort for each guest.

Outdoor living at Finca La Ferma
Here, life takes place outside. On the spacious covered terrace you will find an attractive and comfortable lounge area, a long dining table and a fireplace. The place where mornings start quietly and evenings continue endlessly under the stars. The barbecue and paella pan complete it, cooking together and enjoying in the warm Mediterranean atmosphere.
A few steps down is the large private swimming pool, surrounded by sunbeds and an outdoor shower. With the atmospheric pool bar within easy reach, this is the place where everyone hangs out all day. The swimming pool is also completely lockable, which makes it extra child-friendly.
The grounds of approximately 2,400 m² feel like a green oasis of peace, with plenty of privacy, sea views and the scent of Mediterranean nature. The nearby mandarin orchard gives the whole a typical southern Spanish charm that you will not experience anywhere else.
And for those playful moments, there's a ping-pong table and pétanque court, all set for long, relaxing days in the sun.
In addition, there is ample parking on site.
Surroundings
Benissa coast is ideally located between the popular and lively coastal towns of Moraira and Calpe. From the villa you can reach the sea (about 800 meters) within a few minutes and you can easily walk to the coast. The area is known for its clear waters, small bays and relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. For those who want to go out, there are several beaches, restaurants and golf courses nearby, while the immediate surroundings offer peace, nature and privacy.

Particularities
- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday. In the other months we have flexible arrival and departure days.
- We have a minimum stay of 7 days.

Winter rental
Finca La Ferme is suitable for a stay in winter. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The villa is heated by means of air conditioning fireplace. The winter rate from 4 weeks is in consultation.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
