We would like to welcome you in our CASA in Moraira / Benissa Costa / San Jaime. This is a few minutes from various beaches, the center, restaurants and the golf course.
Through the garage you enter the front garden of the villa. On this level is the swimming pool of 8*4 meters and the (separate) entrance to a bedroom with bathroom and washer/dryer setup. An external staircase leads to the first floor where you enter the bright living room and you have a beautiful view of the valley as well as the lovely garden.
In the curve you will find the dining room from where access to the new semi/open kitchen.
Both the living room and dining room are equipped with blinds and air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped and provides access to the other side of the garden.
On this floor you will also find two bedrooms en suite, each with a fully equipped bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space, blinds, air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
The garden has several terraces where you can enjoy the sun and tranquility at any time of the day. Next to the villa we have 2 hammocks ready for you.
Next to the entrance of the living room on the 1st floor you will find the NAYA or a covered terrace. Here you can dine and enjoy the view. The Naya is wonderful in all seasons because it offers a lot of shelter. We have also placed our gas bbq here for you.
On the ground floor (pool level) is the studio (note no kitchen or kitchenette). The spacious bedroom gives access to the bathroom. The washer/dryer are concealed in the cabinets.
If you are not familiar with it yet; Moraira itself is a small, charming Spanish fishing village on the Mediterranean Sea. The micro-climate in this part of Spain is even considered one of the healthiest in the world by the World Health Organization.
The villa itself is located in Moraira/ San Jaime/ Benissa and minutes from the beaches as well as the center.
With no less than 325 sunny days, this is a year-round sun destination.
When it comes to beaches and water sports, Moraira has a lot to offer.
There are many intimate bays with cliffs and clear,
turquoise waters where snorkeling and swimming is a great experience.
