Casa Pinada in Benissa
Casa Pinada is located in a quiet residential area in Benissa near the beautiful Moraira. With its heated private swimming pool and fine sunbeds, this is the perfect place to unwind. The nearest beach (Cala Baladrar) is just 1.4 km away. From here you have spectacular views of the Ifach (rock of Calpe). Check out the fishing village of Moraira with its nice bars, restaurants and shops or spend your day on the fine sandy beach of this village (4.4 km).
Inside Casa Pinada
Everything is on one level in this fine holiday home. The owners have given the house a modern look inside, here you immediately feel at home. Upon entering the hall you walk straight into the open kitchen, which is equipped with all necessary equipment and there is a bar/dining table with bar stools. Here is also the living room with sitting area, TV and fireplace. Bedroom 1: 1-double bed (1.80x2.00cm) Bedroom 2: 1-double bed (1.60x2.00cm) Bedroom 3: 2-single beds (each 0.90x2.00cm) There are 2 bathrooms each with shower and toilet. From the living room you walk onto the terrace of the naja. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
Outside at Casa Pinada
On the naja there is a cozy dining area where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner in the shade in the warm summer months. From here you have a beautiful view of the garden with large private swimming pool (1 parasol available) and the surroundings. The pool can be heated ! There are plenty of nice sunbeds to relax. The terrace is spacious and has many nice places to enjoy a fantastic time on the Costa Blanca!
There is space to park 1 car on private property.

- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Sunday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.

– Heated private swimming pool (to be booked in advance, please inform us when booking): preheating costs € 100 per stay. When using the heated pool, the electricity consumption is higher. Additional consumption is calculated via the meter on site. From mid-April to June and September/October it is possible to heat the pool, other months it is not possible. In the months of July and August it is not possible to use a heated swimming pool, the temperature of the pool water in these months is very pleasant.

WINTER RENTAL
Casa Pinada is suitable for winter stays. Casa Pinada has heating by air conditioning and a fireplace.
Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. In the period from November to March, the rent is € 1725 per 4 weeks. There is a surcharge during the Christmas holidays. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels mandatory. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee. A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
