In Benissa, in the Montemar area, our beautiful holiday home is located in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery, near the sea.
Casa Olmo Grande is located on a hill with a phenomenal sea view. There are also sea views from the private pool on the terrace: you can see everything from Moraira to the Peñon de Ifach. The house has a garden all around and a veranda. With a few minutes drive you are at the nearest beach cala Baladrar or in the nearby resort of Moraira.
Our villa consists of 3 levels and has 4 bedrooms (8 beds) all equipped with air conditioning (both cooling and heating).
The entrance is from the street side on the second floor. There is the living room, kitchen with access to the uncovered naya, 1 bedroom and a bathroom.
On the first floor are 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom and access to the covered naya.
On the ground floor is the 4th bedroom with private bathroom.
The floors are interconnected by spiral staircases from the nayas.
WIFI, central heating and an alarm system are available.
On the sunny south-southeast facing terrace is the spacious swimming pool with outdoor shower. In the garden there are several seating areas and sunbeds and there is a pergola for the necessary shade as well as several parasols.
A gas barbecue is on the terrace and can of course be used.
Arrival is from 16:00, departure before 10:30. The first access to the house is easy and you will receive the explanation of the house in advance. If you enjoy being received and getting the first explanation, we can take care of that.
Smoking is not allowed both inside and outside.
Pets are not allowed.
