With its breathtaking views and surrounded by lush nature, Casa Lorenzo is a true gem. The holiday home has a unique location, within walking distance of the picturesque Paseo d'Ecologico, which runs along the coast and provides access to hidden small beaches.
Just a 1-minute walk from Casa Lorenzo are Cala Llobella and Cala Advocat, two idyllic beaches. The charming village of Moraira is 4 km away, and bustling Calpe can be reached within 5 km.
To get to Casa Lorenzo, follow a private road that is unpaved. As soon as you approach the property, you will come to the gate of Casa Lorenzo. On the left side of the property there is a covered terrace with a gas barbecue and a cozy terrace with beautiful sea views.
The house comfortably sleeps 6 people in 4 bedrooms. In the heart of the holiday home is a cozy living room that can be heated in winter with the Pellet stove. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven and also offers sea views. In addition, there is a television with internet and WiFi available in the house. There is also an air conditioning available. All windows have been fitted with mosquito nets since October 2024.
In the garden there is a jacuzzi for cooling off and relaxation, suitable for four people. The jacuzzi is closed from 1 June - 1 September due to the heat. There is a swimming pool of 3.05 meters during this period.
The beautiful garden is filled with lush plants and trees that create the ultimate holiday feeling. There is also an outdoor shower and a washing machine available for use. there is room for 2 cars under the Carport.
