Casa Dabuti is located in the authentic village of Benitachell, between the lively seaside resorts of Moraira and Jávea in Spain. It offers a breathtaking view from the spacious terrace with veranda, from which you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets . This detached holiday home with private pool is built against a hill, giving you panoramic views over the lush valley, a glimpse of the sea on the left and in the distance the impressive Montgó (elephant mountain) near Jávea on your right.
Through the lockable gate you enter the closed parking lot with space for 3 cars. Precisely because Casa Dabuti is located on a corner and is flanked by a mountain, you have 100% privacy and you can enjoy optimal tranquility.

Ground floor apartment
Casa Dabuti consists of 2 complete floors. You enter through the hall at the ground floor apartment, from here is also the entrance to the upstairs apartment. Here is the first spacious living room (air conditioning) with sitting area, satellite television with Dutch channels, high dining area and semi-open kitchen with a Philips coffee maker with cups. Bedroom 1 & 2: electrically adjustable double bed. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioning. Bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and washing machine. In addition, there is an ironing board and iron. From the living room you enter the huge terrace through the patio doors with that particularly beautiful view over greenery and on the left, in the distance, the sea.
Upstairs apartment
From the hall at the entrance (indoor) or from the outdoor terrace on the ground floor you reach the top floor by stairs. Here you will find a large living room (air conditioning) with sitting area, satellite television with Ned. Channels, fireplace and separate large kitchen with dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom 3 with air conditioning, large electr. adjustable double bed. Bathroom 2: shower and toilet. The living room has a 4-pers. dining area (can be enlarged to 6 people) with stunning views. Access to the balcony/terrace with a nice garden set. You also come down the stairs to the terrace with barbecue that also leads you to the pool.
Outside at Casa Dabuti
Over the large terrace you walk past the house to your private swimming pool (descending from 70 cm to 2 m +/-), where there is also a nice outdoor kitchen with lounge set. Behind the outdoor kitchen is a separate toilet and outdoor shower. Around the pool there is enough space for the sunbeds (6 pieces). The small extra garden behind the outdoor kitchen is also a nice place to have a bite to eat or read a book in the shade of the imposing palm tree . On your terrace you will find a dining area, barbecue and various comfortable seating areas.

Details
- In the period from July to August we have a fixed arrival and departure day on Saturday.
- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings.

- We recommend renting a car at this destination.

Stay in the winter months
Casa Dabuti is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is valid from November 1 to March 31. The casa is heated by central heating (gas), the costs for this are € 84 per week and are included in the rental price. Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels mandatory.

A stay of equal to or less than 10 nights is considered a tourist rental. A stay of equal to or more than 11 nights is considered a short-term rental according to the law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana and for which you sign a short-term rental contract before arrival.
