Take a dip in the nice private pool or relax with a good book in one of the lovely lounge corners. Just 3 km away is the bay Cala Baladrar, a nice beach away from the hustle and bustle. The beach of Moraira is just a 10-minute drive away. Golf enthusiasts can indulge themselves in this area, because there are no less than 3 beautiful golf courses within a short drive.
LAYOUT CASA CATHARINA
Casa Catharina is a lovely detached holiday home with private pool and consists of several floors inside and outside. You will not lack luxury and comfort because the Flemish owners have decorated Casa Catharina with an eye for detail. It is perfect for a stay with two families. On the ground floor you will find the living room which is bright and spacious with smart TV by means of streaming. The large windows in the living room offer fantastic views over the valley. From the living room you reach the very tastefully decorated kitchen. The beautiful long dining table offers space for everyone! The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove with oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, large fridge and freezer. On this floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and double sink and is accessible from both bedrooms.
One floor down from this holiday home are the other two bedrooms, each with a double bed. This floor can be reached via a staircase from the outside, the floors are not connected to each other. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and double sink. There is air conditioning and wifi throughout the house. There is also a separate room with a washing machine and dryer.
THE OUTDOORS OF CASA CATHARINA
The outdoors of this holiday home with private pool on the Costa Blanca is perfect. The large terrace is located to the left of the entrance of Casa Catharina. At the dining table you can enjoy all the delicacies of the built-in barbecue in the evening with a good glass of wine. Via a staircase down on the other side of the house you reach the lower terraces and the swimming pool. Take a dip in the lovely private pool or relax in the lounge area with sunbeds. On the terrace above there are two more beach chairs. Out of the sun for a while? The covered terrace with sitting area, bar with refrigerator and music system offers plenty of shade and some cooling in the summer months. There is also a toilet at the pool.

– Other months: arrival and departure days: every day of the week (bookings must be consecutive or there must be a minimum of 7 nights in between).
– We recommend that you rent a car at this destination.

WINTER RENTAL
Winter rental from November to March is not possible in this house.
