Casa Buena Vida is a super nice house which is located on Benissa Costa and less than a 2-minute drive from a large supermarket. The beaches of Moraira and Calpe are less than a 10-minute drive away.
You can walk to Cala Advocat in 8 minutes, where you can find a nice chiringuito in the summer months.
The house consists of two floors which can be reached from the outside. At street level, you enter the hall, from where you have access to all other rooms. The cozy living room, the renovated kitchen, the two bedrooms and the renovated bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, gas hob and there is a Nespresso coffee maker. Through the kitchen and the living room you have access to the terrace and from here a staircase leads down to the spacious garden with the large swimming pool.
The ground floor apartment is also located on this level. Downstairs you will also find a living room, small renovated kitchen with a 2-burner gas hob, refrigerator and a Dolce Gusto appliance, two bedrooms and the renovated bathroom. There is also a covered terrace with lounge set and a gas bbq.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
The house is equipped with fiber optic internet and has 2 smart TVs with chrome cast connection, so you can watch TV when you are at home. There is also a Sonos speaker. You can play your favorite music via this speaker.
Outside is a great big garden. There are various fruit trees, palms and olive trees. In the downstairs garden there is a table tennis table.
The large swimming pool offers the necessary cooling during the hot summer months.
Casa Buena Vida is also very suitable for the winter months, only the upstairs apartment is available and downstairs remains closed. There is central heating and a fireplace as well as air conditioning hot / cold. Surcharge for gas is €60 per week in the winter months.
The rental price includes electricity consumption of 125kwh per week. If this quota is exceeded on departure, € 0.35 per kwh must be paid for the additional use.
If you arrive between 21.00 - 24.00 there is a surcharge of €30.
If you arrive after 24.00 there is a surcharge of €50.

Legally, all travelers must be registered in the registration system in Spain within 24 hours of arrival at the holiday home. We are obliged to carry out this registration and to ask for personal data for this purpose. You will receive a link/message from SESADMIN to pass on your data, this way you do not have to provide us with any personal information, but everything will be directly entered into the system at the government. If you refuse to provide this information and have not provided it before arrival, we will deny you access to the holiday home without any form of refund
