Boutique Villa Casa Bohemian del Mar is a holiday home/loft designed in 'Ibiza' style.
The house can be reached by stairs and has its own entrance with parking.
At the top you end up in a paradise. The house has a round location and therefore full views of the azure blue sea and the rock of Calpe from all windows.
Inside the house is equipped with every luxury, in the microcenent designed wooden kitchen you will find an oven, induction hob, microwave, nespresso machine milk frother, ceramic crockery, dishwasher, air conditioning, linen sofa bed, table with 4 bar stools, chair, TV with 100 channels and fast Wifi. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 with two 1 person box springs and air conditioning, other smaller room with double bed. Everything in the house exudes atmosphere, on cooler days the pallet burner can also be turned on.
Outside is a bamboo pergola with dining area and sofa with cushions overlooking the sea. At the Balinese pool we have wonderful luxury massage beds and a rocking chair for ultimate enjoyment. Unobstructed view and complete peace & privacy.
Beach Cala Baladrar is 5 minutes, Moraira port 15 minutes, Teulada and Benissa 15 minutes, Calpe 20 minutes, many small beaches. Beach bars such as Club Cababa and the Foodbar are an 8-minute drive away. Supermarket and restaurant at 5 min. Car necessary, free parking.
