We enter the villa directly into the open plan kitchen and living room with air conditioning. A separate guest toilet is located directly on your left. On your right is the modernized kitchen area with cooking island and dining table. Fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, 3-zone induction hob, a Nespresso and a filter coffee maker.
In the living area there is a large and comfortable corner sofa, the place to sit and relax. There's a smart TV to watch your favorite shows, and a wood-burning fireplace completes this cozy corner.
But your favorite place will definitely be the adjacent sun-drenched naya. This covered and glazed terrace allows you to enjoy a beautiful sea view while relaxing on the two lounge sofas. In fact, you can step onto the south-facing balcony, where there is a table with four chairs to enjoy the breathtaking view. On the other side of the naya is also a balcony with a table and four chairs and a connection to the kitchen.
On the same level we have 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and towel radiator. Around the corner is Bedroom 2, with a double bed, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
We go down the internal staircase, which opens into the landing corridor with sofa and TV. To the left is Bedroom 3 with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, basin and toilet. Bedroom 4 also has a double bed, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. In addition, you can enter the outdoor terrace and pool level from here.
Outside we have a private swimming pool of 8x4 with 8 sunbeds. There is an outdoor kitchen and Weber BBQ and a large table with chairs. On the other side of the pool there is an extra lounge set to enjoy your cocktails in the evening.
The villa also benefits from free fibre optic Wi-Fi and plenty of off street parking: a carport with space for 2 cars and a driveway for 2-3 cars.

2: Seven (7) days prior to arrival, the deposit must be paid by bank transfer.
3: 250 kWh of electricity per week is included. Additional consumption is € 0.45 per kWh.
4: From 1 October to 30 April, gas consumption according to consumption is: €6.00 per m3.
5: Please note that construction work is taking place in the vicinity of the villa, which may cause noise pollution during the day.
