Hola we are Nico & Sabine

In 2025 we discovered the beautiful Benijófar (near Rojales). Where the coast at Torrevieja can be very busy, we found the ideal peace and quiet here 10 minutes from the beach. We love to play golf and there are many beautiful courses in this region. Every time we are here, we fully enjoy the sun, our private pool and complete privacy. We hope that our guests enjoy the relaxation and the environment here as much as we do!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental prices mentioned are based on an all-inclusive VIP experience. At Villa Mimosa you can enjoy luxury without surprises afterwards.

Included in the rental price:

• VIP Transport: Use of our luxury Mercedes-Benz loan car during your entire stay.

• Airport Service: Personal pick-up and drop-off to and from Alicante airport.

• Wellness: Use of the private swimming pool (heated from April 1st to October 1st).

• Entertainment: Unlimited use of the 100" Outdoor TV wall.

Energy & Sustainability:

• Villa Mimosa is equipped with solar panels. With normal use, the energy costs are fully included.

• We kindly ask you to be aware of the air conditioning. We can monitor consumption remotely via the energy company's dashboard. Only in the event of extreme excessive consumption, we reserve the right to deduct additional costs from the deposit.

Additional information:

• Flexible changeover days: We do not have fixed changeover days. You can coordinate your arrival and departure day with us to suit your flights.

• Length of stay: We have a standard minimum stay of 11 nights. Do you want to stay shorter or much longer? Feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Cancellation policy

We always recommend that renters take out travel and cancellation insurance. In the event of written cancellation, we apply the following arrangement:

• Up to 90 days before the start: Free of charge.

• 90 to 42 days before the start: 30% of the rental price.

• 42 to 28 days before the start: 50% of the rental price.

• 28 to 14 days before the start: 75% of the rental price.

• Within 14 days before the start: 100% of the rental price.
