Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

For rentals longer than 4 weeks, please contact us separately.

  • In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, no costs will be charged.
  • In case of cancellation up to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, 50% of the rent will be charged, after which the full rent is due. Cancellation must always be confirmed in writing or by email.
  • Due to the quiet neighborhood, the villa is not suitable and therefore not available for groups of young people, bachelor parties, etc.
