Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Price up to 6 people, each extra guest up to 10 people maximum, 35€ per night.

Cancellation conditions:

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge.
In case of cancellation from 90 days (included) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price.
In case of cancellation from 42 days (included) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price.
In case of cancellation from 28 days (included) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price.
In case of cancellation from 14 days (included) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price.

If the tenant informs on the same day as the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property, the tenant will still be responsible for payment of the full rental price.
