Located in the Montemolar district, this charming vacation rental villa offers sea views. A few minutes walk from the beach, this house is a real haven of peace, offering very nice services, and is ideal for a large family.
Accommodation
Let's enter the large living space, with on one side the air-conditioned and very welcoming lounge area with noble materials, and a palette of colors inviting relaxation. The living room is composed of a comfortable sofa covered with cushions as well as pull-out coffee tables, facing the openings onto the covered terrace. This room has floor-to-ceiling windows and an opening onto the outdoor terrace.
Right next to it is the dining room with a large table, seating and a comfortable bench seat to have a good time. In the extension, there is a functional and fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing refined dishes.
The large living room opens onto a terrace with an outdoor lounge, ideal for having a lemonade with lemons freshly picked from the garden.
Below, discover a lovely swimming pool surrounded by beanbags, perfect for enjoying the sun of the Costa Blanca and the tranquility of the place.
This lovely Alegria holiday villa welcomes you and your family in its six air-conditioned bedrooms. Three of them have a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms are recommended for children, one of the bedrooms has 90cm bunk beds, the other two have 110cm beds. The bathroom with shower is en-suite to its three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is located in the apartment below the house, close to the swimming pool. The apartment has a living area, kitchen and bathroom with shower. Numerous textiles, sheers and cushions make the sleeping area an exquisite place to rest.
