The old Altea is a sight with many restaurants, several harbors, from where you have a view of Albir, Benidorm and Calpe.
Along the large, long promenade there are plenty of restaurants and bars that are open all winter.
  
The fastest way to reach Benidorm is via the Toll. Within just 15 minutes by car you are at the famous Levante and Poniete beach. You can go shopping in centro commerciat in Finestrat.

Calpe  is also 15 minutes by car from Altea la Vella with its beautiful large white sandy beaches and beautiful promenades (3km) 

The main beach of Altea has a boulevard with many nice and good restaurants, tapas bars and luxury boutiques, all located about 7 minutes by car .

The famous amusement parks such as Terra Mitica, Aqualandia with its dolphin show and various other golf courses can be reached in about 20 minutes by car.
Coming from the villa you are within 5 minutes on the toll road AP7 to the airport "El Altet" in Allicante, calculated from the toll accessible in 45 minutes.
