Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The price includes utilities (water and electricity...).

The cleaning price is 50 euros, towels and sheets for the stay (15 euros per person).

If the tenant is unable to attend, they must notify us in advance in writing and must receive a written response from the owner.

Check-in time is from 16:00h (4pm)
Check-out time is before 11:00 am

If the client cancels 6 weeks in advance they must pay 30% of the total, if they cancel 4 weeks in advance they must pay 40% of the total, if they cancel 2 weeks or less in advance 50%. Finally, if the customer cancels 4 days before check-in (or less), the customer will lose the total (100%).
