Hi Jos and Reinhilde,; With some delay in this the promised feedback. It was a great holiday in a very nice apartment with spacious facilities. See below for the feedback per point. - LOCATION 7/10. Altea is now not unknown to us, beautiful region. Previously, however, we were in higher blocks of the domain, with a slightly better view (we also saw the sea, the skyline of Benidorm), hence the 7/10. - APPT FACILITIES: a big award: 8/10. We have absolutely not lacked for anything! Extra points for the kitchen stock (I was once able to make soup because a mixer was available) and for the presence of a parking space in the garage. That was certainly a plus. (10/10 I would have given it if there had been a hairdryer and a dryer, but that's mosquito sifting .. In the previous apartments we always had a DVD player, which is handy with the kids, because we often have a lot of DVDs with us On the other hand, the wide range of (Flemish) posts certainly makes up for this (if I can call it that)!(ANSW LANDLORD: drying cabinet and hairdryer are now available). 8/10 Beautiful and very well maintained apartment We slept a little less well than usual, the mattress was just a little less for us, hence no 10/10 - HYGIENE: also an 8/10 It is a well-maintained apartment, the I am quite meticulous when it comes to cleaning, hence not a 10/10 (for example, the fridge was cleaned out, but not really (very) thoroughly cleaned, but again: a big award, I want Now don't nitpick, it sure was okay) - KINDNESS AND SERVICE OF LANDLORD: 10/10. Friendly, clear information, quick answer, always confirmation of payment. So no comments! - KINDNESS OF CONTACT PERSON 8/10. We have not had a lot of contact with the contact person now, only on arrival and departure. They were friendly people who were also flexible about departure time (we left in the evening around 9.30 pm and they also came to collect the key) - PRICE / QUALITY: 9/10. Definitely a fair/correct price! Overall, we would definitely recommend the apartment.
