Apartment Bahia Blanca is located on the 2nd floor and has beautiful light through the large windows. You park the car in your own place in the parking garage. You feel right at home when you enter here, the apartment is tastefully decorated by the Flemish owners. The spacious living room is air-conditioned and has a sitting area, dining area, smart TV with NLZiet (Dutch channels) and you can stream. From here you can walk straight onto the spacious terrace. The open kitchen has a freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, combi microwave, wine climate cabinet and kettle. There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, en suite bathroom and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 and 3 have a double bed and air conditioning. The two bathrooms are both equipped with shower, sink and toilet. The washing machine, iron and drying rack are located in the laundry room. There is an elevator in the apartment complex.
The great outdoors
The apartment has a spacious balcony, with dining table and sitting area. From here you have a dazzling view over the sparkling waters of the Mediterranean Sea. On the terrace you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee while overlooking the coast of Altea. There is also a communal outdoor swimming pool . In winter you can use the heated (small) indoor swimming pool and sauna. From the building you can walk to the beach Platja del Cap Negret. There are 4 beach chairs available.

- In the other months, arrival and departure is allowed on any day of the week, but your booking must be in line with previous/subsequent bookings and otherwise there must be a minimum of 7 nights between bookings. Ask us about the possibilities.

Apartment Bahia Blanca is suitable for winter stays. The apartment is heated by central heating (gas). Winter rental is possible for a maximum of 8 weeks, with an interim cleaning and change of bed linen and towels mandatory. The winter rates do not include interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, heating costs, reservation costs, calamity fund and SGR guarantee.
