Welcome to our beautiful three-room apartment that has been equipped with a new bathroom  and a completely new kitchen in 2022. Our apartment is centrally located, in a quiet place and therefore the perfect base for everyone. Whether you want to enjoy the beach, or whether you prefer a lovely walk in the mountains, everything is nearby. 

The apartment is an independent part of a fantastic villa located in a very quiet place in Altea la Vella with stunning views over the old town of Altea and the skyline of Benidorm.

The villa has various facilities, such as a playful swimming pool with outdoor shower, beautiful terraces, a garden with tropical palm trees and a cozy bar. The pool can be used at any time. The main villa is not rented out to other guests. Only if the villa owners are there occasionally, you can share the pool with them, otherwise, it's completely private.

The apartment has a private entrance with a private terrace with armchairs and a dining table. It is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning and a sound system. The internet is very powerful by means of a fiber optic connection, unlimited use and the apartment has its own router. The kitchen is luxurious and very complete. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, plenty of crockery and kitchen utensils. The master bedroom with a double bed has a large closet. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. The modern bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. The apartment is accessible via a staircase from the street to the front door. (2 stairs).

The location is an easy 15 minute walk to the village of Altea La Vella, although the walk back is a bit more challenging as it is uphill. The town is small but fully equipped: there is a supermarket, a bakery, a kiosk, a pharmacy, a bank, a post office and several cozy cafeterias and good restaurants. The beautiful town of Altea and its beautiful beaches are about 10 minutes away by the car. There you will find many more shops, the picturesque old town and a promenade with many bars and restaurants. The nearest beach is only 5 minutes away by car at La Olla, where you can snorkel, canoe, windsurf or enjoy a delicious paella in one of the chiringuitos (bars). There are many beautiful hiking and biking trails in the area. And also by car There is a lot to discover. The long sandy beaches are only 15 minutes away by car in Calpe. You can park for free in the quiet cul-de-sac in front of the entrance.
