We will take you to our dream house... Wonderfully sunny location. Sun at the front during the day and at the rear in the evening. Completely newly completed and luxuriously finished ground floor house on a closed urbanization. In the house there is air conditioning everywhere, good mattresses and an extensive kitchen with all the trimmings. The swimming pool is in front of the door, divided with hot tub and toddler splash pool. In short, here you will find everything you need to have a guaranteed good holiday.

Hello, and welcome to our sunny dream home!
We are the Fens family. A young family who dared to take the step to sunny beautiful Spain. We can be found in our holiday home every year and enjoy it every time! We have provided good sleeping comfort and everything you need to unwind.
We hope you enjoy it as much as all your predecessors did.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
Prices include energy consumption up to 80kw/h per week, if more is consumed, this will be deducted from the deposit of €0.50 per kw/h.
Bed and linen included. beach towels are not.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
