Step into CASA KARMA with nothing but good vibes. This recently renovated house with authentic details is quietly located 20 minutes away from popular seaside resorts and beaches. A little more inland gives you the feeling of the 'tranquillo' Spanish life.

Within walking distance in the district you will find a golf resort, bars, restaurants and various service shops, such as a pharmacy and car rental. The view from the roof terrace is phenomenal and you have sun there all day. In addition to the roof terrace, the finca has an extra terrace off the living room and a spacious garden. In the zen garden you can use the (inflatable) jacuzzi and sun loungers.

The communal swimming pool is 15 meters from the front door. All rooms are air-conditioned and the whole house has beautiful marble floors and stairs. CASA KARMA is carefully decorated in 'zen-style', allowing you to completely relax in any room. Ideal for remote workers and families with up to 3 children.

The kitchen is equipped with a recently purchased induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer. The washing machine is also available in the kitchen. Everything is available in the kitchen to prepare a meal. Here you will find all the basic necessities such as pans, olive oil and herbs.
Hand soap, toilet and kitchen paper, shampoo and shower gel are standard at CASA KARMA.

The marble-clad bathroom next to the bedrooms has a walk-in shower, heating, a toilet and washbasin. The stairs to the second floor take you to the roof terrace near the tower. This relaxation area is completely private and about 18m2. The bathroom on the ground floor is modernly furnished and has an extra toilet and a sink.

The air-conditioned bedrooms have marble floors, wall heating and white fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (150 x 200 cm) and the second bedroom has a double bed (150 x 200 cm) and a loft bed (90 x 200 cm)

CASA KARMA is fully equipped such as a (fiber) wifi and smart TV with all international channels and all streaming services.

SURROUNDINGS
In the immediate vicinity of the finca you can follow hike trails for a meditation walk or just to enjoy the lush nature. You can quickly reach one of the beaches by car. The well-known seaside resort of Torrevieja is a 20-minute drive away. The cozy center of Ciudad Quesada is 7 minutes away by car. Here are many supermarkets, a variety of restaurants, boutiques and other shops.

The village of Algorfa is located on the southern side of Costa Blanca, a few kilometers inland on the banks of the Segura River and in the shadow of the impressive Mount Escotera. The village is surrounded by fields full of fragrant citrus trees such as orange and lemon trees. Here you will find a retreat where you can get away from the hustle and bustle of the coastal towns. The village has a mainly Spanish population which mixes with the international communities of the attractive developments on the outskirts of the village.

La Finca Resort is located 5 minutes outside the center and the neighborhood has one of the most beautiful golf courses in the Costa Blanca. On la Finca there are mainly authentic Spanish villas and houses in different shapes and sizes. This makes the neighborhood a pleasure to walk through. From Casa Karma it is an 8-minute walk to the restaurants and shops at the entrance of the resort. A lot of new construction is being done in this district and the surrounding area, keep that in mind.

Prices include a set of towels per person consisting of: 1 large towel and a large bath towel for the beach. Guest towels are available in the bathrooms. The beds are made on arrival.
